1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the educational services provided by IT ACCOUNTANTS LTD (company registration number 12621978), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 25 Greenhill HA9 9HF, WEMBLEY ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you ("you," "your," "Parent," or "Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

3.2 Enrollment Process

  • Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by IT ACCOUNTANTS LTD
  • A completed enrollment form and payment are required to secure a place
  • Enrollment is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed
  • We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Course Fees

  • All fees are clearly stated before enrollment
  • Fees include all materials and equipment use unless otherwise specified
  • Additional charges may apply for optional activities or materials
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full before the course start date unless payment plan is arranged
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
  • Payment plans may be available and must be agreed in writing
  • Late payment may result in suspension of services

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if cancellation occurs 7+ days before course start
  • 50% refund available if cancellation occurs 3-6 days before course start
  • No refund available for cancellations less than 3 days before course start
  • No refund for missed classes due to student absence
  • Refunds may be available in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

5. Course Delivery and Attendance

5.1 Class Schedules

  • Class schedules are provided before course commencement
  • We reserve the right to modify schedules with reasonable notice
  • Make-up classes may be offered for classes cancelled by us
  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes

5.2 Attendance Requirements

  • Regular attendance is essential for educational progress
  • Parents must notify us of planned absences in advance
  • Excessive absences may affect course completion certificates
  • We may dismiss students for poor attendance

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Student Behavior

Students are expected to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions
  • Take care of equipment and materials
  • Engage positively in learning activities
  • Use technology responsibly and ethically

6.2 Disciplinary Actions

  • Inappropriate behavior may result in warnings, suspension, or dismissal
  • Parents will be notified of any behavioral concerns
  • Serious misconduct may result in immediate dismissal without refund
  • We reserve the right to remove disruptive students

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Student Safety

  • We maintain appropriate supervision ratios at all times
  • All staff are trained in child protection and safety procedures
  • Emergency contact information must be provided and kept current
  • We follow all relevant health and safety regulations

7.2 Medical Information

  • Parents must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies
  • Medication requirements must be clearly documented
  • We reserve the right to refuse enrollment if we cannot safely accommodate medical needs
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring students are fit to attend

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Course Materials

  • All course materials remain the property of IT ACCOUNTANTS LTD
  • Students may use materials for personal learning purposes only
  • Reproduction or distribution of materials is prohibited without permission
  • Students retain ownership of their original creative work

8.2 Student Work

  • Students retain copyright to their original creative projects
  • We may showcase student work for promotional purposes with permission
  • Parents/students may request removal of showcased work at any time

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data handling practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Photography and Media

  • We may take photographs or videos during classes for educational and promotional purposes
  • Parents will be asked for specific consent for use of student images
  • Parents may opt out of photography/filming at any time
  • Student privacy and dignity will always be respected

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud
  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our activities

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic measures, or other unforeseeable events.

13. Modifications to Services

  • We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors
  • Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice
  • We may cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered for cancelled courses

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by Parent/Guardian

  • You may withdraw your child from courses subject to our refund policy
  • Written notice is required for withdrawal
  • Outstanding fees remain due upon withdrawal

14.2 Termination by IT ACCOUNTANTS LTD

  • We may terminate services for breach of these Terms
  • We may terminate services if fees are not paid
  • We may terminate for safety or operational reasons
  • Refunds will be provided as appropriate to the circumstances

15. Complaints Procedure

  • We welcome feedback and aim to resolve concerns promptly
  • Complaints should be made in writing to [email protected]
  • We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours
  • We will investigate and respond within 10 working days
  • Unresolved complaints may be escalated to relevant regulatory bodies

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IT ACCOUNTANTS LTD regarding our services.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to enrolled families. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
